Tutoring Pricing & Bundles

Standard Hourly Rate: €50.00/hr, billed monthly.

Bundled Rates (billed in advance):

• 10 hours: €475 (€47.50/hr)

• 25 hours: €1125 (€45.00/hr)

To take advantage of these bundles, email us at tutoring@ib-academy.nl. Please note that the invoice must be paid within 14 days for the discounted rates to apply. Unused bundle hours? Request a partial refund. However, completed hours will be billed at the standard rate, not the discounted bundle rate.

Experience Before Committing

Want to test our tutoring services? Up to two hours of prior tutoring can be counted towards a bundle. To lock in the bundled rate, notify us by the end of your second session.

Additional Work

Requests for extra tasks, like marking, feedback, or assistance with IAs, are billed as regular tutoring hours.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Standard Protocol: Reach out to your tutor directly (via SMS, WhatsApp, Signal, or email) at least 24 hours before the session if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Short Notice Cancellation: We get life happens. If you cancel infrequently within the 24-hour window, we won't bill you. If it happens frequently, first we will warn you that from that point forward we will bill cancellations. Furthermore, cancellations less than 2 hours prior are always billed, regardless of the reason, ensuring in these cases that our tutors are compensated for their scheduled time.
